Customer Parking

We want your visit to our salon to be as smooth and stress-free as possible — for both you and your dog! While parking directly outside the salon can occasionally be restricted due to staff cars and other clients, there are still plenty of convenient options nearby for you on drop off and collection. 

Directly opposite the salon, across the road in front of the parade of shops, you’ll find a 30-minute parking strip that's perfect for quick drop-offs or pick-ups. It has multiple spaces and is just a short walk across the street.

 If there are no spaces accross the road, there are 2-hour parking bays located just a short walk from the salon. These are ideal if you're running errands or grabbing a coffee while your pup gets pampered.

Please Avoid Stopping Directly Outside

We kindly ask that you don’t pull up directly outside the salon if there is not a space free, even just for a moment. It can obstruct the pavement for pedestrians — and we’ve had some complaints from passersby. Additionally, parking wardens are often in the area, and unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for drivers to receive a ticket.

 Important: Bus Gate Alert

Please also note that there is a bus gate at the Grove Road / Brazengate junction. This restriction is in operation from 7:30am to 9:30am, Monday to Friday, and the area is monitored by cameras.

 Avoid using this route during those times to prevent receiving a fine.
